Iliana was the most wonderful, caring, understanding provider, not just for my mother, but for me (the daughter), too. She brought so much joy to my mother during a difficult time for us. She was able to form a beautiful friendship with my mother, despite my mother's sudden behavioral shifts. Iliana was so attentive and made me aware of small changes; she even noticed that my mother had a UTI, so I was able to get her treated quickly. She truly gets to know not just the person she is caring for, but the whole family. She is incredibly laid-back and easygoing, offering to care for my mother, even with late or very little notice. She always made herself available to us, regardless of day or time. She was one of the easiest, most pleasant caregivers I've ever worked with. She continues to check up on us to this very day. Her rates are very reasonable and affordable for the type of excellent care she provides. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat - dementia, stroke patients, the most difficult behavioral symptoms - I have no doubt Iliana is capable of handling the most complicated situations. I trust her 100% and would not hesitate to invite her to care for my mother again and again.
