Ilena has been working with our family for the last 13 months and she has been amazing. She came to us when my oldest daughter was 1 and she didn't miss a beat when our youngest daughter was born 3 months later. She is extremely focused on safety. The fact that she has experience working with children at a school has been a huge plus since she is always keeping them engaged with arts and crafts projects that are appropriate for their age. She has set up play dates with other families in the area and is always helping out with anything that needs to be done for the girls in the house. Throughout the time she has worked for our family she has been reliable and a good communicator. She has followed our lead as to the children's schedule (meals, naps) and has taken initiative in suggesting changes that would benefit the children. Our kids adore her and are always looking forward to their time spent with her. Ileana is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend her.
