About Ilana

Hello! I am a caring, responsible, and dependable caregiver with over seven years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. I recently graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. My background in education and childcare allows me to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support children's learning, growth, and confidence. I am CPR and First Aid certified, organized, proactive, and committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for every child. I have experience supporting daily routines, planning activities, assisting with homework, preparing meals, and helping children develop social, emotional, and academic skills. I am passionate about building strong relationships with children and families and providing reliable, high-quality care that meets each child's unique needs.
