About Ilana

Hi families! I'm a dedicated, nurturing, and energetic caregiver with extensive experience in childcare and pediatric healthcare. I'm currently a pre-med student and work as a Medical Assistant at a pediatric clinic, caring for children of all ages. My background includes considtent nannying/babysitting for families, and working at Life Time Fitness as a summer camp counselor and Kids Academy attendant, where I cared for infants, supervised groups of children, and led creative, educational, and outdoor activities. I'm CPR/BLS certified, responsible, patient, and passionate about creating a safe, engaging environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to grow. I'm also happy to assist with homework, meals, transportation, and daily routines. I value reliability, open communication, and building meaningful relationships with families. My goal is to give parents peace of mind while making every day a positive, memorable experience for their children!
