About Ignacia

Hi! My name is Ignacia and I am an Environmental Scientist with more than 5 years of babysitting experience. I am currently making a career change to focus on teaching middle school kids in Montgomery County. I will be studying to attain a Teacher's Certification during the next year and am looking for opportunities to be a caregiver during this time. I have been very fortunate to work with kids during my career in environment as well. As an education program assistant, I developed and conducted presentations in schools in DC, among other things. I am fluent in English and Spanish. My babysitting experience includes picking the kids from school and driving to activities, assisting with homework, prepping dinner, and even help plan birthdays. I enjoy doing outdoor activities, arts and crafts, park/museum visits, board games, you name it! I also love animals (my husband and I have a 2-year-old labradoodle named Teddy.
