About Icilma

Icilma began working for our family in January 2002, taking care of our three children. She started with us when our daughter was 3 months old and has become part of our family since then. It is with great sadness that we no longer require full-time childcare, but want to make sure Icilma works with a great family. During her tenure with our family, Icilma has created and loving and safe environment for our children. She has been completely reliable, punctual, and always provides a full description of their day before she leaves for the night. We know that our children will be safe and loved while they are in her care. She prepares meals, does laundry, light cleaning, makes sure homework is complete, and takes them to appointment and activities. She has become an integral part of our child raising and will be missed. My wife, our children, and I will be happy to speak with you about our experiences with Icilma over the past 14 years.
