My youngest son absolutely adores her and has so much fun playing with her! Hope is reliable and very punctual, and her communication skills are excellent, which makes it super easy when it comes to scheduling or asking for favors and explaining tasks. She has an impeccable sense of professionalism, and is also highly personable, friendly, and a joy to be around.
