Hope presented as very professional and had excellent references. The interview went well and we hired her on the spot. My daughter loved playing with her. She worked for us for a week, and then without warning or notice, she did not show up at her scheduled time the following week. I thought something may be wrong so I reached out via text and when I didn't hear back I followed up with a couple phone calls which went straight to voicemail. It appears she blocked my number. Not only was this extremely unprofessional, but it also showed irresponsibility and lack of integrity. She left me stranded without childcare or back up options, as we hired her a couple weeks prior to her start date and I confirmed with her multiple times to make sure she was committed to us. I even told her of past negative experiences of no shows and told her to please keep me updated if her plans changed, and she assured me that she was committed. Luckily, I was home working during the time childcare was taking place. I don't want to imagine what could have happened to my child if left alone in her care, now knowing how irresponsible she is. I would not recommend her to anyone.
