About Hope

I first hired Hope back in early December 2020 and she did a great job of house/dog sitting over an extended weekend. However, I went on a much longer trip (10 days) over the Christmas break & Hope, house/pet sat for us again. Hope again helped with tidying up while we were gone & the house looked in good shape when we returned. Unfortunately, Hope did not keep to the dogs' potty schedule & both dogs had a few different accidents on two of our rugs. We arrived home at night so I didn't notice the stains until later the next day. I did reach out to Hope to try to get a better understanding of what happened but she said she didn't notice any stains. She did apologize. Additionally, I've noticed that most of the "cleaning" she did was pretty mediocre. She folded some towel while they were still wet and she burned a couple of pans and didn't use AJAXX to clean them up properly. She left the dishwasher loaded but didn't turn it on.
