Hello! I am a very easy going and dependable person. I have been nannying for 5 years. Most of my nannying work has been with children five and under. Prior to nannying, I cared for kids with specials needs for two years. During high school, I took child development classes giving me the opportunity to volunteer in a daycare. This gave me experience with all ages of children. Working with kids with special needs taught me patience and how to handle stressful situations in a delicate way.

I have had the opportunity to coach and work alongside Holly in multiple different fashions. She helped me conduct multiple youth sports camps where she would lead small groups throughout camp. As camps progressed Holly took on more responsibility where she would lead large groups, engage with the players and parents, and overall help with the organization and planning of camps. Holly was very engaged with the kids and had a lot of patience. Included in this was her ability to be flexible. Sometime when conducting youth basketball camps things change and there is a need to adapt to a new situation. Holly is innovative when she needs to be flexible. She is very responsible and because of this I also asked her to help coach some of the youth teams in the area. She did a great job in creating a positive, inclusive environment that encouraged all the kids to participate. Without a doubt I would recommend her for any job in child care.
