About Holly

Hi families! I'm Holly, the owner of Orange County Postpartum Doula. I'm also a longtime childcare provider with over 16 years of experience supporting growing families. I specialize in overnight newborn care and gentle sleep training for babies. My approach to sleep is centered around connection and responsiveness. I do not use the cry-it-out method. Instead, I help families create healthy sleep foundations through nurturing techniques that support both baby and parents. I believe babies deserve to feel safe, comforted, and supported while learning new sleep habits, and I work closely with families to find realistic routines that feel good for everyone involved. I am Infant & Child CPR and First Aid certified and hold a certification through DONA International for postpartum care.
