I have 10 plus years of work experience at ELC's with kids from newborn to preschool ages. I have also babysat neighbor kids when I was 13 all the way up to 18. This lady will leave your kids heartbroken and your family scrambling for childcare. We had her for a year and mostly didn't have issues, HOWEVER, she was a no call no show this week. She would not answer any calls or messages, I genuinely thought she was in an accident, but I found that she has been posting on her Instagram about making cinnamon twists and putting bows on her cats. Needless to say, she isn't dead and her phone works fine. Not only is she unprofessional for the stunt she pulled but flaky and immature as well. I have been mulling over for days why she would do something like this but maybe its the vape she left behind in my home (Non-smoker allegedly 🙄). Really I am a fool, my husband and I should've looked for a new nanny after finding the empty white claw in our trash. Allegedly, it was an empty can she left in her bag from a day off and forgot to toss out, but I still find the excuse rather poor. Or always happening to call out on Thursdays and Fridays because of something happening with her son, at least then she had the courtesy to text me ahead of time before work so my husband could come home early and I could go to work on time. Don't make the same mistake we did and do not hire her.
