About Holly

Hello! My name is Holly and I am seeking a part/full time tutoring/teaching position. For the past academic year, I have worked as a homeschool teacher for 8-year-old twins which included developing engaging curriculum for core subjects (English, math, science, reading), as well as art, computer literacy, foreign language and enrichment activities for social-emotional learning. I hold a Florida teacher certification in 6-12 English and ESOL. I am also a recent Ph. D. graduate in curriculum and instruction. I have extensive one-on-one tutoring experience, including working as a K-12 reading tutor for the Miami-Dade Public Library, as well as developing an after school tutoring program for test preparation. I have worked with all ages and developmental levels. As an educator I am enthusiastic, patient and invested in the learning success of my students!
