About Holli

I have worked with Holli for 4 years in the school setting, first as a classroom teacher and instructional aide and lastly as a colleague. In both roles Holli proved to be an individual who was passionate, diligent and highly committed to the success and safety of ALL students as well as her peers. She is highly conscientious, respectful and considerate of others. She is a thoughtful planner and extremely organized. She is especially skilled in dealing with childhood emotional trauma. I have observed Holli, on multiple occasions to patiently and respectfully help to deescalate student behaviors, successfully coregulating with the student(s) to help them work through their trauma. Holli N. always puts the care, safety and success of her students first. Her thoughtful and considerate nature transcends every aspect of her life and career.
