I have always worked in the church nursery and helped with children's church and children's programs since I was about 14. Also, I have kept children from all age ranges throughout high school as a babysitter on the weekends and during the days in the summer. In addition to my experience, I have also been a care taker for foster children in my home. I have experienced first hand how every child is different and has specific needs. I have attended classes with my parents for fostering that have not only covered a variety of different extreme scenarios children may be in, but also classes that cover basic child needs.

Hillary has worked as a student working in our department for 2 yrs and returned as a full time employee after graduation spring 2015. Hillary is a wonderful Christian who is true to her word. Hillary is a very dedicated young lady to all duties assigned her. I have watched Hillary interact with the college students that frequent our office, she is mature, informed and polite. The students respect her and what she has to say because her attitude is constant, and her demeanor is calm. Hillary works with young people in her church and loves being around inquiring minds. She has been a personal sitter previously, keeping the young man during the evenings while his mother worked as well as taking the responsibilities of getting him up and to school on time. You could not pick a better person to be in your home and more importantly, care for your children.
