Hilda (who goes by Lupita), is our current nanny through Aug 2024. We are moving across country and are truly devastated to lose Lupita as our nanny. She has been taking care of our 14-month-old full time since he was 6 months old. Lupita speaks only Spanish to our son and he has bilingual comprehension now. Lupita is the most involved, loving, dedicated caregiver- always talking and singing to our son, reading to him, and playing with him. The only time she isn’t with him on the floor playing or reading is when she is cooking him delicious food, and even then, she makes sure he’s engaged in an activity. Lupita loves to take our son to the museum, library, playground, and for walks and outdoor picnics. Not only does Lupita engage and teach our son constantly, but she also loves him like her own child. She showers him with affection all day long. I consider Lupita a third parent because she is such an important part of our baby’s life. Lupita is an incredibly reliable person. She is never late and has only used sick time once when she was sick. She is never on her phone, and never allows our son to have screentime. Lupita is legally authorized to work and is COVID vaxxed. She is looking for a full-time position and is willing to work for a single family or a nanny share (two children max). She speaks Spanish and only basic English.
