Hever came to my place of residents and met with me and my 76-year-old mother, short after arriving we spoke about what her responsibilities would be we agreed on a pay rate and a time which we needed her to start working. On the very first day she was a NO CALL or NO SHOW. I even reach out to her by cell phone and her number was not in service at the time that I called She was not who she claimed to be.......
