After several days of communicating and clearly defining the job and schedule hours, she arrived 2 hours late and told me she cannot do just one day as trial, and left. I am angry because she's not reliable and given I'm a full time working mom I was left without any options and lost the opportunity to hire someone dependable. This was partly due to a major language barrier, but also her lack of reliability, dependability, and respect for someone's time.
