About Hermella

I'd describe myself as caring, patient, and flexible. I enjoy working with children because I hope to work in pediatrics one day, and I believe supporting and protecting a child's growth and development is incredibly important. I first started working with children about six years ago as an intern in an elementary school special education classroom. Since then, I've continued to develop my experience and skills working with children. I'm looking for a position with strong communication, a supportive environment, and a consistent schedule. I'm dependable, attentive, and always make children's safety and well-being a priority. In my spare time, I enjoy crocheting, reading, playing sports, and cooking with my family. My strengths include patience, flexibility, communication, and situational awareness.
