About Helen

I am a kind, compassionate, and dedicated caregiver with 10 years of experience supporting elderly clients and individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, mobility, and emotional support. My experience includes companionship, promoting independence, and caring for clients living with Parkinson's disease, dementia, and Alzheimer's, as well as those recovering from strokes, hip fractures, and related surgeries. I am attentive to fall prevention, personal safety, and providing reliable support during both day and night shifts. I enjoy building meaningful connections and ensuring every client feels safe, comfortable, valued, and respected. I believe caregiving goes beyond a job; it is about making a positive difference through patience, kindness, and genuine compassion. I currently care for two clients through local senior care agencies and I would love the opportunity to connect with and care for clients through this platform.
