About Helen

Hello! I am college student at UMass Amherst looking for work. I am a former Disney World Cast Member and an American Red Cross certified lifeguard. I also enjoy caring for pets, have never smoked, and am very eager to work! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, ambitious, and goal-oriented. My skills include: 1. I'm Lifeguard (Deep Water) with CPR/AED certified. In an emergency, I know the protocols to help save a life, second to first responders. Safety always comes first. 2. I'm not afraid to get animated. Having worked for Disney, I've done this no shortage of times to brighten up a kid's day. 3. Anticipating someone's needs: this is also instilled by Disney, when answering questions, to not just respond to the question itself but take the extra step to help them find what they're looking for.
