About Helen

Helen(a) came into our home in July of 2022 to help care for my mother who was in the latter stages of Alzheimer’s. Helena was and is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and capable of handling most any situation. Mom was our main concern and Helena excelled at her care. It became more and more evident that dad also needed care as he watched and worried about his beloved of 65 years decline mentally and physically day by day. Helena became a calming caring and supportive friend for dad. Unfortunately, mom succumbed to this dreadful disease and left her earthly body just a week ago. Helena is now helping dad adjust to this new reality as a widow. She listens, plans and keeps dad focused on living. Helena is a treasure and we have been blessed to have her in our lives.
