About Helen

I have been providing care for seniors on the Monterey Peninsula for 24 years and enjoy doing so. I have a strong work ethic, I am extremely responsible, trustworthy, patient, efficient, kind and hard working. I am told I am an excellent cook. I find engaging with others very gratifying, providing companionship and creating a peaceful and safe environment is very rewarding. I have a great deal of experience working with and understanding dementia concerns and am sensitive to the needs of my elderly clients as they navigate through the many changes and challenges associated with aging. I am able to get along with different personalities and bring joy into the lives of those I am privileged to work with. I have also had experience working in medical offices and extensive knowledge of nutrition. I am able to prepare delicious meals according to individual needs. I have a perfect driving record and background check and many letters of reference. Most of all I love caregiving.
