Helena has been great--very flexible, unlike the housekeeping services who just do a "surface clean" (which means hardly anything for 2 hours) or "deep clean"--which is quite expensive and still not great. Helena does what we need every two weeks, which usually means a basic clean plus some extras, such as deep cleaning of one bathroom or some windows, etc. She works efficiently and has been completely trustworthy and punctual. We are very glad we have found her because we have just been too busy to find the time. I have to say that almost no one else I contacted at care.com even responded, and the two who did didn't follow through. But Helena has been great as far as communication goes.
