About Helena

My name is Helena E. and I am a compassionate nanny & babysitter with seven years of experience. I am 28 years old and am currently in graduate school studying Counseling Psychology. My studies include extensive coursework in Developmental Psychology, mindfulness, reflective listening skills. All of which I incorporate into my work with children I care for! As a nanny (and in all other areas of my life), I always chose to lead with kindness & patience. Children are incredibly creative, spontaneous, and curious. My goal is to maintain an environment that fosters these innate qualities. Depending on the age, this includes games, reading, crafts, and lots of time outside! I am also able to help with errands, laundry, meal-prep and other housekeeping tasks, if needed.
