I have many years of babysitting experience throughout my life. I graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors in Human Services with a concentration in early childhood development. I obtained several hours of clinical training as well as worked at the University of Delaware Laboratory Preschool. I have had placements from birth to first grade. I have used Care. com for a year and a half now and nannied the sweetest and cutest little girl. I have had a lot of experience with newborns between nannying and watching my little niece within the last year and a half.

Helena was our nanny for over a year and we will always think of her like family. She started working with us when our daughter was just 12 weeks old and it was clear from the beginning just how much she loves caring for babies and watching them grow. She always knew how to keep our daughter safe, happy, fed and entertained. I loved that she spent so much time outdoors with our daughter, whether it was on our deck, baby-wearing on trails or on neighborhood stroller walks. As first time parents, we always appreciated that Helena was so flexible and on-board to help us navigate through whatever new phase we were going through. I truly can't imagine going through the first year of our daughter's life without Helena's loving care and support. By the time our daughter started a full day toddler Montessori program at 12 months, she was confident, independent and well prepared. I know that Helena played an important part in helping her develop into the toddler she is today!
