About Helena

I believe that being a personal companion and caregiver requires empathy, compassion, and actively listening to each client. Every person has a story to tell, and every person's story matters. Each client should be empowered, feel cared for and be in control of their life choices to every extent possible. I personalize in empathetic care, catered to the individuals needs and personality. Being a personal home companion for over seven years but also volunteering for a non-profit organization advocating companionship, I bring to the table a vast array of experience. I am honest, reliable and love to talk ( and laugh) but I fully understand the power of just sitting together in silence. About me: I'm open minded, creative and love opera. I'm also a level 3 Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and can offer that service as well. I'm new to this site and look forward to being able to be of service. I will gladly provide a letter of recommendation and a resume, per request.
