Helda was wonderful! My husband and I got sick and Helda watched my 4 month old son for the day while we recovered. She went above and beyond for us and was able to show me signs my son was teething that I hadn’t yet caught. We would love to have her back anytime and will absolutely reach out to her again.

Helda has been offering her services for 5 years and till this day my daughter states she is the best babysitter ever. She not only helps with childcare but she will also help with light cleaning, and meal preparation without even asking! She is always on time and reliable. Helda took care of our 9 month old for 1 year, because our daughter started school. She was an amazing help and we were sad to have her go, but it was the start of a school year. She was firm, but kind and loving with our child. She played with her, read to her, taught her how to clean up after herself and a lot more.  Helda was a huge help to us. She cleaned and cooked for the family not only for my daughter. Any family would be happy to have her

Very organized and energetic.  Spent ~40 hours a week watching our little man while we were at work.  Flexible hours and extremely self motivated.  We didn't have to ask her to do anything specific, she had him up early and outdoors in the cool mornings, fed him and got his naps at regular times and helped transition him out of the bedroom and into his crib upstairs so that he stayed on the schedule for us.  She would update our baby app with all the info and add little pictures so that we could see some of the things he was doing during the day.  We had used a sitter before with less motivation so we would come home and wash bottles and clean up from the day so it was extremely tiring with work and the baby's evening schedule, but Helda washed everything, would prepare foods for him so that we would have extra for a few days and then while he napped- organized our pantry, closets, folded laundry.  She also has worked with several of my coworkers as well and is appreciated by them too

Helda decided she wasn't the right fit for us after 4 hours which I completely respect and agree with. That said, the manner in which she said it was completely unprofessional. Helda told me that my daughters eating schedule was a complete disaster (verbatim), she shouldn't be allowed to graze, and that the foods I offered were not sufficient. My child eats mostly organic and is developmentally considered ahead (which Helda stated many times she was very smart for two). Additionally, Helda told me my barely two year old should be cleaning up after herself and keeping her toys organized. I'm pretty laid back and I am normally open to suggestions babysitters have (because toddlers are a handful and we've all been there). I have never felt judged for my parenting style before

Helda was fantastic! I was in Austin for a business trip, traveling with my 16 month old boy. Helda came to our hotel to babysit him Friday and Saturday, for 10hr each day and did a great job keeping him active, going to the library for story/play time, going to Barnes & Noble to play and read, and taking the trolley over to see my between presentations. My son was very comfortable with her and she took photos through his day and let me know all his events from diapers to naps to meals. I felt very comfortable with her watching him and she did a fantastic job!

Helda was absolutely fantastic. I have a two year old and a 7 month old and the kids both took to her right away. Putting them down for bed can be a little tricky, but she didn't seem overwhelmed by the task and got them both down easily. She also did the dishes and tidied up the kids' toys - neither of which we asked her to do - and had a very positive energy. 100% would hire her again!
