About Heidi

Hi! I'm a Children's Librarian by day, and working with kids is truly my passion. I've been caring for children most of my life-I started as a mother's helper at age 8 and began babysitting on my own at 12 for many neighborhood families. I love creating fun, engaging experiences-whether that's sharing stories, singing songs, or coming up with creative games both indoors and outside. I'm also a mom of two-one heading off to college this fall and another in high school-so I bring plenty of real-life parenting experience to the table. I'm currently looking for some extra babysitting opportunities to help support my daughter's college expenses. One of my favorite things to offer is bringing along a personalized bag of library books for your child, tailored to their interests. I'm happy to help with light cooking, tidying up, and keeping your home running smoothly while you're out. I'm available for weekend date nights after work and would love to connect with your family!
