Heidi is truly a gem. Any family is lucky to have her! She took care of two 1 year olds (nanny share) for 6 months before both kids transitioned to daycare. Heidi is warm, kind, loving and so patient with our little ones. It is apparent how much she loves working with kids and developed such a sweet relationship with our littles. She was great at helping them learn new developmental skills, getting them outside everyday and mediating positive interactions with their new and interesting world. Heidi is very punctual, is always willing to help and was overall a joy to be around. My only regret is not finding her sooner. We will miss her!
