About Heidi

Hi my name is Heidi and I'm an education/music education major in community college. I just moved here to Denver from Austin, Texas, and I would love to have a chance to babysit for some of the lovely families here in Denver! I grew up with 2 younger sisters in the house and took a large part in helping with daily routines and care taking. Later, I got interested in music education after a really fun experience in public school band, choir, and orchestra. I play the French Horn, sing Alto 2 in choir, and Mezzo-soprano in opera class. I also have really enjoyed the education classes in college, and I think teaching lines up well with my strengths. I can play, tutor, cook, clean, and keep your kids safe! I am currently working on getting my CPR and first aid certification in Colorado, but held one previously in Texas. I have strong English and math skills and scored a 1430 on my SAT test in high school, and enjoy tutoring kids ages 5-12.
