Heidi was absolutely wonderful! She has such a warm, kind, and welcoming personality that immediately put both me and my dog, Dolce, at ease. Heidi was patient, caring, and genuinely attentive throughout our visit. It was clear that she truly loves animals and enjoys what she does. The biggest compliment I can give is that Dolce adored her. She connected with Dolce right away and made the entire experience positive and stress-free. It's not always easy to find someone who is both highly professional and genuinely compassionate, but Heidi is exactly that. We are so grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, friendly, and exceptional with pets.
