About Heidi

Hello! My name is Heidi. I recently completed my Associate Degree in Mathematics at Manchester Community College with a 4. 0 GPA. I plan on attending UCONN next spring to work towards my Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. While attending Manchester Community College, I gained experience as a math tutor in their Academic Support Center. The majority of my tutoring experience is in pre-algebra and algebra, but I am confident that I could tutor successfully in any math-related subject. I am extremely passionate about math and I love helping students learn how to be more successful in math. I understand how much some students struggle with math and I am a very patient person who is willing to explain concepts in many different ways in order to fit the individual learning style of each student.
