Heidi was extremely patient with our daughter. Her demeanor was always calm. She always cleaned up any messes made while baking with our daughter and also did light housework. We received unsolicited praise from a neighbor who observed Heidi and our daughter at the pool, who complimented Heidi's ability to handle our daughter's challenging behaviors. Heidi is kind and dependable and would be an asset to any family.
