I am pursuing a doctorate in marriage and family therapy. I have 10 years of experience managing teams in customer service for a city department. I have made the transition to become a caregiver to receive the stress of families who need assistance at any capacity within the home. I have received Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification. I am a highly detailed and organized individual. I have worked for a customer service unit for the past 10 years and have excelled to the level of supervisor. Having worked with over 40 investigators in the past, I was able to track and document the work and progress of each case to better assist our customers. I am reliable and thrive on organization.
