I like to build a relationship with the family and treat the children like they are my own so they feel comfortable, as well as their parents, when they have to leave their loved ones to go to work everyday. Heidi has been our nanny for the past two years. She started when our daughter was 3 mos old and the two of them have been inseparable ever since. Heidi has a special way w/ children that has created a bond of love and friendship between the two of them. Our daughter is excited to see her in the morning and sad to say goodbye. They are silly together and do many fun things, including Tinkergarten, daily parks and walks, Weir River and Hornstra, SSN Science Center to explore and bookstore for books. Our daughter is advanced in her speaking, colors, counting and alphabet because of the one-on-one time they spend working together, and I always come home to beautifully painted pictures, art projects and mud pies. Heidi is keen on safety, is attentive and helps out around the house when she can. She has brought out the best in my daughters sweet and goofy personality. We will miss her in our lives, but are sadly moving out of state. Whoever grabs her next will be one lucky family!
