I have 21 years of experience as a House Manager/Aide in a group home setting for individuals with mental and physical disabilities and as an in home Advisor to 3 siblings with mental disabilities. I have experience with behavior issues, working with them to complete daily, weekly and monthly goals, observing and reporting medical concerns and all aspects of personal care as well as transferring them from wheel chair to bed/toilet.
