I am shocked to read the previous review rating Heiby so poorly. I hired Heiby over 5 months ago and she has been exceptional working with us at our home; she's a hard worker and is also very considerate. She always advises if she may be running late for which I have consideration for, as things come up in our lives; she always shows up to work with a smile face and a positive attitude. She's been very responsible with us and goes above and beyond her work duties; most important she does her work with love and is trustworthy. I highly recommend Heiby. We are truly blessed to have her.
