I have been working as a caretaker for the pass 4 years after graduating high school. I absolutely love take of people and bring a little joy to their day. I think the biggest skill I have is I understand no one is the same and you can not provide care for everyone the same way. I am interested in adjusting care techniques and ways to provide the most adequate care I can for my clients. In my 4 years of caregiver, my 2nd year I was prompted to Trainer from there after training for 6 months I was promoted to management. In my management experience, which has been for a year and a half now I create and adjust, when needed, personal care plans for each of my residents. I have kept care plans for a maximum of 42 residents at a time.
