Heather cared for my 96-year-old mother from 04/18/2021 until she passed the end of December 2021. Heather took exemplary care of my mother. I could trust her implicitly. She is highly organized. She is dependable with a strong work ethic. She communicated her need for time off well ahead of time so I could make other arrangements. She is kind and compassionate but not enabling. She does everything in her power to improve or help her patients maintain the highest degree of independence possible. She is an excellent communicator and maintains good relationships with her patients and their families. She kept me informed of any changes in my mother's condition. She kept excellent physical care of my mother (monitoring vitals, dispensing medication, ambulation assistance, toileting, bathing, and hygiene). But the most important element was the relationship she established with my mother -- a camaraderie that can only come from genuine caring. I cannot recommend a caregiver more highly.
