I have worked with children off and on since the age of 12 and have over 15 years experience as a college-educated nanny for NYC children. From newborns to teenagers, with every age in between, I can do it all, from preparing food, advising on toys, games and books that stimulate little minds, to assisting in setting bedtime routines and potty training. When it comes to working with families, I strive to maintain your highest level of trust as I care for your children. Keeping children engaged in fun, yet educational experiences while challenging them to think critically is one of my greatest assets as. I am available immediately and have excellent references. We were so fortunate to have Heather look after our children for close to 6 years. We met Heather when our son had just turned one. She was always very professional and hard working. She always looked forward to playing with our son and introducing him to new experiences. When we had our daughter, Heather quickly became one of her favorite babysitters. Heather was happy to play dolls with our daughter and engage in imaginary play, our daughter's favorite thing to do. My husband and I trusted Heather and knew that our children were always happy and safe with her. Unfortunately, we no longer live in NY, so we no longer see Heather on a daily basis. We have been back several times to visit though, and whenever we need a babysitter while we are visiting, we call Heather.
