As a nurturing caregiver with a decade of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. My patient and creative nature, combined with my strong communication skills, allows me to build trusting relationships with both children and parents. Heather is the best care giver I have ever worked with. She took over care for my son from 1 year - 2 1/2 years. She always came up with new creative ideas to expose him/teach him about the world while providing consistency and tons of love. She also eventually took on a role as our house manager, planning meals, doctors appointments, and managing house events (cleaners and landscapers etc). She is extremely reliant, consistent, and a great communicator. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
