Our family was and still is looking for a caregiver and had a meeting set up to meet with Heather. She confirmed that she would be there (the night before) and then after arranging members of our family to be present, she did not show up. She did not message, call or text that she wasn't able. It also messed up a visit from our nurse who called and wanted to come, but we scheduled for her to come at a different day/time. This effort was for nothing, and would recommend that you save yourself the effort of trying to even contact her.
