Heather became family as our nanny. My husband and I patiently looked for the right person who would come along side us to provide the love, care and play for our newborn. It is a difficult decision and process to identify someone you trust your baby with. Heather has now been with us for over a year and we all love her. Our son lights up when she arrives and that excitement is something he only has for a small amount of family members. It is a testament to the bond she has built. Heather has provided a wonderful mix of snuggles, fun play (indoor and outdoor), and education to us as new parents (ie - age appropriate toys, money and / or time saving hacks, reference point on 'norms' as new parents navigating baby / toddler life, and more. We couldn't sing Heather's praises high enough. Also, she is a newly certified duala!
