About Heather

I'd describe my personality as kind, easy going and loving I like working with kids because they are fun and uninhibited. Children are honest and caring. I'm looking for a job that I can engage the children in learning while having fun. I love a position that allows for creativity and flexibility in the home. I've been working with children for the last 27 years in various roles. I owned a licensed home daycare for 17 years and have been a private nanny for 7 years. In my spare time, I like to cook and create new and exciting dishes! I love to read and learn new things. I'm active and love swimming and hiking! One thing you should know about me is that I love children and have spent my life caring for children and their families. My skills include caring for the youngest of the bunch (Newborn to two). I'm a skilled and practiced caregiver as I've worked many years in the field.
