About Heather

With over 12 years of experience in caring for children of all ages I am excited to find the next family that needs support, love and care for their children. I am looking for something after standard work hours and or date nights/weekends. Since age 15 my jobs have always been babysitting gigs. I have sat for over 20 families that all came with different responsibilities. Whether it be homework help, dropping off at practice, meal prep or tidying up the house I did it! I understand that every child is unique and deserving of personalized attention and my empathetic nature allows me to build strong, meaningful connections with them. Over the years I have become more than just a babysitter; most of the families look at me as the "big sister". I believe that open and honest communication is key to a successful nanny-family relationship and so I keep parents informed about the kids routines and behaviors.
