About Heather

I provide compassionate, non-medical support for adults and families navigating serious illness, changing care needs, palliative care, hospice and end of life. My background includes 15+ years in healthcare leadership, advocacy, navigation and family support, with extensive experience in home health and hospice. I am also completing professional End-of-Life Doula training. Who I can help: • Someone living with a serious or life-limiting illness who wants companionship, emotional support and an advocate by their side • A person receiving palliative or hospice care who would benefit from additional companionshio • Families who live out of town and want a trusted local person to visit their loved one, attend appointments and keep them informed • Someone who needs support transitioning to a higher level of care, organize questions and help communicate information to family • Families who want help with meaningful conversations, legacy projects, wishes and preparing for end of life.
