Heather has been a wonderful and caring nanny for my son for the past year. She started taking care of him starting when he was 3.5 months old. She has always shown such love and warmth towards him and our older son as well. They both adore her and light up when they see her. She has always been punctual (I can’t recall a single time that she was late), professional, kind and courteous. She is very good at interacting with both the baby and my older toddler. With the baby, she was always talking to him, playing with him, and taking him out for walks to get fresh air. She was tidy and organized and took any direction we gave. She has been a huge help to us and I cannot recommend her enough.
