My name is Heather I am 30 years young. I have been taking care of the elderly for 10 years. I am a certified med tech, blood born pathogens, aids/hiv, dementia and Alzheimer's, CPR and first aid, I have my 40 hours of CNA training just waiting to take the state test. I also have many more certifications. I have a level 2 background as required by state before I can take the test so I have that on hand. I provide lite housekeeping, meal prep, med reminder and also administer meds, run errands, doctor appointment, assist with bathing, oral care and dressing. I help with every day living activities. I love the outdoors to keep my clients active and alert. I also help clients with range of motion to make sure they get some stretching in. I assist with transfers and I have experience with Hoyer lifts as well. I know how to change and clean catheters if needed. I am also pet friendly.

Heather was so knowledgeable and a huge help caring for my mother with PD and Dementia. She knew what to do and how to handle everything that came up. She jumped in to help on short notice to fill in for a caregiver on vacation. She even worked 10 hr shifts. I highly recommend her. She was experienced and flexible with my moms care needs. She was truly a blessing during a difficult time.
