I am a seasoned childcare provider with a career spanning over two decades in the industry. My journey in early childhood education began as a preschool teacher, where I discovered a passion for nurturing young minds. Over the years, I have worked in various capacities, including as a daycare director, early childhood head start operations coordinator. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's degree in Educational leadership. My extensive education, coupled with a vast experience, has equipped Mr. with a deep understanding of children's developmental needs and the best strategies to support their growth and learning. Throughout my career, I have been committed to creating safe, engaging, and inclusive environments that foster children's curiosity and love for learning. I believe the power of play-based learning and the importance of family involvement in children's education.
